Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) (Jed Bernstein, Producing Director) has announced that it will screen the 1971 film Summer of '42 directed by Robert Mulligan (To Kill A Mockingbird) ahead of its premiere of the musical adaptation. The free screening will take place on Monday, July 8th at 6:00 PM at the Bucks County Playhouse (70 South Main Street, New Hope, PA).

Broadway will bring 'Dancing with the Stars' duo Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy together again for three weeks only in Luis Bravo's internationally acclaimed entertainment phenomenon, Forever Tango. The couple will reunite to perform the sensuous dance of lovers at Broadway's Walter Kerr Theatre (219 W 48th Street) Tuesday, July 9 through Sunday, July 28, 2013. Smirnoff and Chmerkovskiy join the previously announced special guest vocalist and five-time Grammy Award-winner, Gilberto Santa Rosa, who will also appear through July 28, 2013.

The new play features a star studded cast including Tyne Daly, Manoel Felciano, Bobby Steggert, and Grayson Taylor with direction by Sheryl Kaller.

Village Green Productions has announced the return of THE BOOMERANG EFFECT, written by Matthew Leavitt, produced by Del Shores and directed by Damaso Rodriguz. THE BOOMERANG EFFECT will mark the final production Mr. Rodriguez will direct in Los Angeles prior to his becoming Artistic Director of the Artists Repertory Theatre in Portland. THE BOOMERANG EFFECT will preview tonight, June 6 & Friday, June 7 at 8pm and will open on Saturday, June 8 and will run through Saturday, July 27 at the Zephyr Theatre, 7456 Melrose Ave., in West Hollywood.

She will be joined by the previously announced cast of Marsha Mason, David Garrison, and Lynn Cohen. Four-time Tony Award winner Boyd Gaines will direct. Cincinnati audiences will get a sneak peek of an original showcase created by the 2013 graduating class from the College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) Department of Musical Theatre during the annual 'Not Famous Yet' Showcase, which runs from tonight, March 28 (Friends of CCM benefit performance) through March 30 in UC's Patricia Corbett Theater.

Megan Mullally is a two-time Emmy-winning star of TV's Will & Grace, and recent star of Broadway's Young Frankenstein. On April 6, she makes her New Orleans debut in the acclaimed Broadway @ NOCCA series for two shows only, at 7:30PM and 9:30PM, joined by Seth Rudetsky at piano.
