Otherworld Theatre, Chicago's premier Science Fiction and Fantasy theatre and , The Stupid Shakespeare Company, Shakespearen Parody Troupe that is a parody within itself will launch their inaugural production Super Richard World III, a 90 minute Nintendo and Richard III parody co-adapted by director Joshua Messick and Katie Ruppert, with collaboration from the cast on July 19th, 2019.

FULL BLOOM by New Vision Dance Co. (NVD) celebrated 6 years of concert dance at the Garden Theater. The audience enjoyed an experience of a bouquet of dance onstage with Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop and Tap creations. The Los Angeles Philharmonic Association has announced the four conductors who will participate in the 2019/20 Dudamel Fellowship Program: Hilo Carriel, Marta Gardolinska, Enluis Montes Olivar, and Anna Rakitina. Music & Artistic Director Gustavo Dudamel, together with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, created the Dudamel Fellowship Program in 2009 to provide a unique opportunity for promising young conductors from around the world to develop their craft and enrich their musical experience through personal mentorship and participation in the LA Phil's orchestral, learning, and community programs.

Colombian-American soprano Vanessa Vasquez, winner of the 2017 Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, recently completed a residency at the prestigious Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia. While there, she sang as Mimi in La boheme, Gilda in Rigoletto, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, and Violetta in La traviata. She made her professional opera debut in summer 2017 as Liu in Turandot at the Des Moines Metro Opera. This past season, she was Violetta at Arizona Opera and, currently, she is appearing as Mimi in La boheme at Santa Fe Opera.

NYC artist Carol C has released her debut solo album, Seven, today on Si*Sé Records.

Las sesiones comenzarán el 19 de julio y concluirán el 7 de diciembre.

ROUND WENT THE WHEEL, a new play written by Frank Ceruzzi and directed by Janet Bentley, will have its world premiere this summer as an Official Selection the 2019 Broadway Bound Theatre Festival at the Lion Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036). The performances are Tuesday, August 13 at 5pm, Wednesday, August 14 at 8pm, and Saturday, August 17 at 5pm.

The group's latest concert tour entitled 'Welcome to the Twenties 2.0' is their take on a Jazz-Age revival timed, appropriately enough, as another 20's decade enters into our lives. The concert, thanks to the group's talent and their enthusiastic audience, turned their Costa Mesa stop at the otherwise fancy-pants Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall into a genuine party atmosphere that welcomed everyone of various backgrounds and ages. And hearing Mario Jose's live cover of Radiohead's 'Creep' is worth the price of admission alone.

 To celebrate its 25th Anniversary--and the magic of opera--Opera Maine presents its first-ever production of Mozart's The Magic Flute. The magnificent music and captivating story create a fantasy world, where a prince and a bird catcher set out on a trial-filled journey to rescue a beautiful princess.  Armed with a magic flute and enchanted bells, they confront bewildering forces of good and evil and discover enlightenment and the power of love.  The twisting tale has enthralled young and old alike since the opera's premiere in 1791, less than three months before Mozart's death.
