With a Soap Opera Narrative and Regional Inspiration, UM GRANDE ENCONTRO – O MUSICAL Celebrates Love, Dreams and Challenges

The dream, the desire and the need. These are the matrices that generate the conflicts and questions in Um Grande Encontro – O Musical (A Great Encounter), wich opens on June 21st in Sao Paulo, directed by Jarbas Homem de Mello and Tulio Rivadavia. The show brings a dramaturgy stitched together by timeless songs and Popular Brazilian Music hits.

2 Broadway Shows Close Today

Broadway says goodbye to two limited-run productions. Mother Play takes its final bow at the Hayes Theatre following 26 previews and 58 regular performances; and Uncle Vanya will conclude its run at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre following 22 previews and 62 regular performances.

GRAMMY Museum Selects Students and Unveils Guest Artists for 20th Annual GRAMMY Camp

The GRAMMY Museum® has announced that 83 talented high school students from 76 U.S. cities across 22 states have been selected as participants in the 20th annual GRAMMY Camp® program. Blu DeTiger, Maren Morris, and Jeremy Zucker will be this year's guest artists; they will discuss their career paths and help students prepare for the music industry.

Phantogram to Play Headline Shows; Will Tour With Kings of Leon

After unveiling the first single, “All A Mystery,”  of their new chapter last week, critically-acclaimed alt duo Phantogram has announced a string of headline shows in El Paso, Fargo, Sioux Falls, Des Moines, St Louis, Cleveland, and South Burlington, adding to an already powerful 27-date North American tour with fellow alternative heavyweights Kings of Leon across August, September and October. The new headline shows will go on sale Friday, June 7th at 10am local time.
