Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater kicks off 2022 with a full slate of nightly performances. 

Just last night, Stage and screen icon Kathleen Turner returned to the New York stage in a one-woman show for one performance only - Kathleen Turner: Finding My Voice which documents the remarkable behind-the-scenes journey of her astonishing career. 

Yes, the rumors are true! Everyone's favorite Countess is back at Feinstein's/54 Below for an evening of festive glitz and glamour. If there's anything that's a guaranteed good time, it's seeing LuAnn de Lesseps, star of one of the most successful franchises in television history, 'The Real Housewives of New York.'

Next week, FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club & Private Event Destination, will present some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz, and beyond.

Association of Theatrical Press Agents & Managers  retired member Terry M. Lilly. Terry was a Press Agent on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and across the country, who came into membership in September of 1977. He passed away peacefully at home on November 24, 2021 after a long illness, surrounded by loved ones.

The 10th anniversary series, 10 Years of 54 Below, will be overseen by the club’s Creative and Programming Director, Jennifer Ashley Tepper, and begins in January 2022, running through the end of the year.  

FEINSTEIN’S/54 BELOW, Broadway’s Supper Club, will give a royal welcome to Countess Luann de Lesseps, as she adds a live-streamed performance to her upcoming sold-out run at the club on Tuesday, December 7 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

Jim Caruso's Cast Party (with Billy Stritch at the piano) will make a triumphant return to Nashville on Tuesday, November 16 at 8pm. The 'extreme open mic' will take place at The Franklin Theatre (419 Main Street, Franklin, TN).

So what does a cabaret director do? Today in my ongoing series, THERE ARE NO ONE-PERSON SHOWS, we will find out from one of the busiest cabaret directors in New York, Marc Tumminelli. Marc is the founder of Broadway Workshop, which provides year-round, professional-level classes and workshops for kids 8-19 with some of the finest artists working on Broadway and in the West End. He is also the founder of Project Broadway, a non-profit that provides scholarship opportunities to young performers.

Tony-award nominee Melissa Errico, the Broadway star of My Fair Lady, High Society, Dracula, White Christmas, Les Misérables and more, celebrates the holiday season with Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Lerner and Loewe, Stephen Sondheim, Broadway hits and lots of winter fun, accompanied on stage by the incomparable Cabaret and Jazz artist Billy Stritch.
