On Saturday, September 9, the Joan W. and Irving B. Harris Theater for Music and Dance will host Harris Fest: Music + Dance in the Park, an all-day event spotlighting the dozens of Resident Companies for whom the Harris has been a home base and supportive partner over the past 20 years.

The Joan W. and Irving B. Harris Theater for Music and Dance has announced its 20th anniversary season, bringing pioneering artists from around the globe to Chicago and continuing to champion the world-class ensembles and arts organizations that call the city home.

Following a series of national recruitment searches, the Harris Theater for Music and Dance is pleased to announce one promotion and the appointment of two new staff members. Katie Ide, the Theater's Senior Marketing Manager has been promoted to the position of Director of Marketing and Sales.
