Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT) has announced its 2023-2024 Season of five plays, celebrating the company's 45th Anniversary Season bringing the best new plays and musicals from national artists to Lowell and the entire Merrimack Valley region.

Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, continues its 2022–2023 season with The Porch on Windy Hill: a new play with old music by Sherry Lutken, Lisa Helmi Johanson, Morgan Morse and David M. Lutken, conceived and directed by Sherry Lutken.  The production opened April 21st and runs through May 14 at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie.

Northlight Theatre will continue its 2022–2023 season with The Porch on Windy Hill: a new play with old music by Sherry Lutken, Lisa Helmi Johanson, Morgan Morse and David M. Lutken, conceived and directed by Sherry Lutken.

Northlight Theatre has announced its 2022-2023 season, opening with the buddy comedy The Garbologists by Lindsay Joelle, directed by Cody Estle.

On August 14, 2022, Broadway says goodbye to two Tony-nominated productions. Tina- The Tina Turner Musical will conclude its run at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre following 27 preview performances and 482 regular performances, and POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass Are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive wraps up at the Shubert Theatre following 18 previews and 126 regular performances.

The world premiere of Selina Fillinger’s modern farce POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive, will be filmed for the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive at The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.
