Ars Nova has announced the Ars Nova at Greenwich HouseWarming Party, a benefit performance of Freestyle Love Supreme with Lin-Manuel Miranda that will take place on Sunday, March 3, 6pm at Ars Nova at Greenwich House (27 Barrow Street, Manhattan). Joe's Pub, a program and venue of The Public Theater, announces the new class of Joe's Pub Working Group (JPWG), the venue's artist development program dedicated to enhancing the career sustainability and growth of performing artists. BroadwayWorld has learned that earlier this month, a reading was held for a new musical titled GREETINGS FROM NIAGARA FALLS. The new musical currently in development reunites the creative team behind Disney's NEWSIES. The musical features music by Alan Menken, book by Harvey Fierstein, and lyrics by Jack Feldman. JV Mercanti directed the reading.
