Lin Manuel-Miranda's IN THE HEIGHTS Takes The Stage In Pittsburgh's West End
Pittsburgh Musical Theater continues the 2018-2019 Seize the Stage Season and Rockin' West End Series with Lin-Manuel Miranda's In the Heights at the Gargaro Theater, located at 327 S Main Street in the city's West End.
Performances are at 7:30 p.m. January 24- 26, 31, February 1-2 and at 2 p.m. January 27 and February 3. Tickets are $40 for all performances and can be purchased online at pittsburghmusicals.com/tix-intheheights or by calling (412) 539-0900 x232.
The Tony Award winning musical tells the universal story of a vibrant community in New York's Washington Heights neighborhood, a place full of hopes, dreams, pressures and on the brink of change as the chance of winning a lottery ticket hangs in the balance. In the Heights, with music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda and book by Quiara Alegría Hudes, features hip-hop, pop, and Latin rhythms filled with vibrant energy.
