Boston Ballet presents Mikko Nissinen's Swan Lake, a cornerstone masterpiece classical ballet about romance, enchantment, true love, and sacrifice. Nissinen's production made its world premiere in 2014 and returned in 2016 by popular demand. Swan Lake runs May 26–June 5 at the Citizens Bank Opera House.

San Francisco Ballet will close Helgi Tomasson's 37th and final season as Artistic Director and Principal Choreographer with Swan Lake, opening Friday, April 29 and running for 10 performances through May 8 at the War Memorial Opera House.

Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre invites audiences to fall under the spell of the enduring love story Swan Lake, running May 6 – 15 at the Benedum Center. With new staging by Artistic Director Susan Jaffe and an iconic Tchaikovsky score performed by the PBT Orchestra, audiences will be enchanted by this timeless tale of love and betrayal. 

Last season, Dutch National Ballet celebrated its anniversary by primarily showcasing Dutch choreographers, but this season the company will also turn the spotlight on prominent international choreographers as well as on major works from abroad. Dutch National Ballet will be presenting a season jam-packed with new creations as well as a few classics.

Philadelphia Ballet is delighted to announce Swan Lake, one of the world's most beloved and enduring ballets. Part of Philadelphia Ballet's 2021-2022 season, Swan Lake features choreography by Philadelphia Ballet Artistic Director Angel Corella and will run March 3-13 at the Academy of Music, on the Kimmel Cultural Campus.

The Washington Ballet’s production of this beloved classic is performed with sensitivity and an urgent sense of dramatic passion.

The Washington Ballet will premiere its long-awaited production of Swan Lake, February 9–13 at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. The Company was just days away from debuting this new production of the iconic ballet in March of 2020, when the start of the pandemic forced an indefinite postponement.

Dallas Black Dance Academy presents its fourth annual Espresso Nutcracker, with a new twist on a holiday tradition. The performance is jazz-influenced by the music of Duke Ellington's Nutcracker Suite.

Boston Ballet Artistic Director Mikko Nissinen announces the return to live, in-person performances for the 2021–2022 season. Live performances return in November with Nissinen's The Nutcracker.

The ABT Studio Company Spring Festival was filmed at Kaatsbaan Cultural Park in Tivoli, New York following the Studio Company’s spring bubbles in March and April 2021 at Kaatsbaan and the Silver Bay YMCA Conference & Family Retreat Center in Silver Bay, New York. All works were created, rehearsed, and filmed following strict COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

After more than a year since the curtain came down abruptly on Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s 50th Anniversary Season, PBT Artistic Director Susan Jaffe has announced a 2021-2022 Season that brings ballet back to the Benedum Center and August Wilson African American Cultural Center.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts and American Ballet Theatre have completed an exciting new artistic collaboration titled UNITING IN MOVEMENT, during which 18 dancers and the artistic staff of ABT developed and rehearsed three works that culminated in an exhilarating live performance in Segerstrom Hall and which can be streamed on demand from May 12 – 26.

Pacific Northwest Ballet’s 2020-2021 Dance Happens Everywhere digital season brings the Northwest’s favorite holiday tradition to the comfort of home with its sparkling production of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®.

This holiday season, American Ballet Theatre will premiere a special presentation of The Nutcracker with a filmed performance of the Grand Pas de Deux for Clara and The Prince on Friday, December 4 at 6pm ET on American Ballet Theatre’s YouTube Channel, IGTV, and on the Segerstrom Center for the Arts website, Facebook, and Instagram.

Sarasota Opera has announced additional presentations for the 2020 season of “HD at the Opera House.” Richard Strauss's Arabella from the 2014 Salzburg Easter Festival will be shown on Sunday, November 22; Verdi's Macbeth from the Royal Opera House in London will be shown on Sunday, December 6; and Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker ballet from the Royal Ballet in London will be shown on Sunday, December 20.
