THEATER 2020 has announced its spring mainstage run of the Stephen Sondheim musical masterpiece “A Little Night Music,” in a limited run of 16 performances, Thursday, April 18th - Sunday, May 12th, 2024.

With the classic music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II that audiences have grown to love, DTC's The Sound of Music will be directed by Enloe/Rose Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty, who will seek to tell the classic story in a fresh, innovative way.

Dallas Theater Center is presenting The Sound of Music through April 24 at the Dee and Charles Wyly Theatre. All aboard the Wells Fargo Wagon with Theatre Three’s touring production of Meredith Willson’s The Music Man! Directed by Joel Ferrell and Music Directed by Vonda K. Bowling, this innovative boutique production on the classic musical will feature a 10-person cast.

On February 27, 2019, Stage West will celebrate 40 years in Fort Worth with a gala at the Fort Worth Club's Horizon Room.  The event will begin at 6pm, and will be hosted by Honorary Chairs Drs. Janice Knebl and Thomas Fairchild and Event Chairs Mr. Jim and Councilwoman Ann Zadeh.

Creator Kimberly Billings Oliver, who serves as the weekly organizer and emcee, will host the anniversary event today, August 21st at 7pm.

Darkly comic and heartbreakingly beautiful, Adding Machine, a musical adaptation of Elmer Rice's incendiary 1923 play, tells the story of Mr. Zero, who after 25 years of service to his company is replaced by a mechanical adding machine.

Theatre Three will host a special, one-night-only benefit concert to raise money to offset medical expenses for local theatre artist Derek Whitener. The concert will take place on Today, January 24, 2017, at 7:30 PM on Theatre Three's Norma Young Arena Stage. Tickets are free, but a cash donation is suggested. All donations will go directly to Derek Whitener and his family to pay for medical expenses and loss of income. Theatre Three is located in The Quadrangle, 2800 Routh Street, Suite 168, Dallas, TX 75201.
