Richarda Abrams new play BETHUNE: Our Black Velvet Rose opened on October 9 at Theaterlab in New York City. The World Premiere is hosted by TLab Shares, produced by RPR Production and runs until October 23. The limited run is directed by Kathleen Brant, music direction by Amina Claudine Myers, co-produced by Peggy Abrams. See photos from the production.

TLab Shares hosts RPR Productions in The World Premiere of BETHUNE: Our Black Velvet Rose. The production runs October 7 - 23 with an official opening date of October 9 at Theaterlab in New York City.

In response to the recent massacres in Buffalo and Uvalde, producer and director Charlotte Cohn will present a free one-night-only reading of Church & State, the award-winning play by Jason Odell Williams, to benefit Sandy Hook Promise, Safer Country, and the Brady Campaign.

By special arrangement with Concord Theatricals, Australian Theatre Company Red Line Productions will present a live streamed reading of Lyle Kessler's Orphans, featuring Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Alec Baldwin, Aaron Glenane (68 Whiskey) and Red Line Productions Co-Founder Andrew Henry with stage directions read by Judy Jerome.

By special arrangement with Concord Theatricals, Red Line Productions will present a live streamed reading of Lyle Kessler's Orphans, featuring Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Alec Baldwin, who starred in the show on Broadway in 2016.

Celebrated Emmy Award-nominated Jason Odell Williams' provocative and humorous Church & State begins performances tomorrow, Thursday, June 14 at 7pm

Berkshire Theatre Group (Kate Maguire, Artistic Director/CEO) kicks-off it's milestone 90thAnniversary Season with theprovocative and humorous play Church & State by Jason Odell Williams (Handle With Care). Directed by Charlotte Cohn (founding producer of the New York Music Theatre Festival and Mainstreet Musicals), the four-member cast features Judy Jerome (Two By Tennessee) as Sara Whitmore, Keira Naughton (The Rivals; BTG: I Saw My Neighbor on the Train and I Didn't Even Smile) as Alex Klein, Graham Rowat (Meteor Shower; BTG: Arsenic and Old Lace)as Senator Charles Whitmore, and Andy Talen (The Tempest) as Tom/Marshall/Reporter/Security Guy. Performances begin Thursday, June 14, 2018 for a limited run through Saturday, June 30, 2018 at The Unicorn Theatre, The Larry Viber Stage (6 East Street) in Stockbridge, MA. Opening night is Saturday, June 16 at 8:00 p.m.

Lead producer Charlotte Cohn will present a staged reading of  Jason Odell Williams' new play, Church & State, for one night only on Monday, April 4th at 7pm at The Cell Theatre (338 W 23rd Street). Proceeds from the reading will benefit Sandy Hook Promise. Ian Kahn ("George Washington" on AMC's Turn, Hard Love, Enron) will lead the cast, which also includes Beth Hylton, Judy Jerome, and Andy Talen.  Gregg Wiggans directs (TV's Smash).
