Amber Martin Releasing New LP ft. John Cameron Mitchell, Rufus Wainwright, & More

Cabaret star Amber Martin has announced her new album Unbreakable Heart, set for release on November 15. Throughout the new project, Martin returns to her country roots with a collection of songs written by Jake Shears, Rufus Wainwright, and Tony Award-winner John Cameron Mitchell, all of whom are featured vocalists on the tracks.

Alhambra Theatre & Dining to Present ARSENIC AND OLD LACE Beginning This Month

The hysterical dark comedy, Arsenic and Old Lace will open at Jacksonville's Alhambra Theatre & Dining on March 23, 2023. Best known through the 1944 film starring Cary Grant and directed by Frank Capra, Arsenic and Old Lace was written in 1939. The play opened on Broadway at the Fulton Theatre on January 10, 1941.

SBCC Presents SOMETHING ROTTEN!

The Theatre Group at SBCC is excited to announce the first show of the 2022-23 season will be the exuberant musical, SOMETHING ROTTEN! Book by Karey Kirkpatrick and John O’Farrell, Music and Lyrics by Wayne Kirkpatrick and Karey Kirkpatrick, Conceived by Karey Kirkpatrick and Wayne Kirkpatrick.  SOMETHING ROTTEN! will run July 6-23, 2022 in the Garvin Theatre and will be directed by Katie Laris, musical direction by David Potter and choreography by Christina McCarthy.

Struthers is best known for her roles on All in the Family and  Gilmore Girls. Reehling is a beloved veteran of stage and television (Fifth of July, Law & Order). Love, Loss, and What I Wore opens Today, October 18 at 7:00 pm and runs through Sunday, October 21 at the Hannah Center Theatre (on the campus of The O'Neal School, 3300 Airport Road, Southern Pines, NC 28387).  Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

Beloved television actress Joyce DeWitt, best known as the sensible, football jersey wearing, brunette roommate, Janet Wood, from the classic television sitcom 'Three's Company,' stars in the musical comedy 'Nunsense' this July and August at Hunterdon Hills Playhouse in Hampton, New Jersey. Ms. DeWitt, who leads the cast in the role of Sister Mary Regina, Mother Superior (Reverend Mother), believes that everyone should come see the musical. 'It's rollicking and delightful start to finish. It's intention is to give the audience a rollicking, playful, joyful couple of hours in the Theatre.'
