Celebrate Chinese New Year, Lunar New Year and the Lantern Festival 2022 in Philadelphia at these top spots!

The grant program, created by Jane Walker (by Johnnie Walker) in partnership with IFundWomen and a network of 10 powerful icons including Lucy Liu, Halle Berry and Billie Jean King, celebrates the achievements of women and their boundary-breaking moments on their journey towards a monumental first. Kotee and the Bushwick Film Festival in particular are recognized for their groundbreaking work in film and entertainment, paving the way for underrepresented creators through its first-of-its-kind platform in Brooklyn, NY.

The Next Stage Community Booster replaces the 14th annual Next Stage Theatre Festival, which was cancelled due to COVID-19. This four-day event will be a boost of energy, ideas, creativity, and friendship for those enduring an isolated pandemic winter. 

Tonight the historic streets at the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town flowed with a flaming river of light as 40,000 people gathered for the magical Torchlight Procession in partnership with VisitScotland, providing a spectacular start to Edinburgh's Hogmanay.

Following the success this year of Tony Blackburn's Sounds of the 60s live tour, which has enjoyed a long run of sold out performances across the UK and is still to play at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre on Thursday 28 November, legendary DJ Johnnie Walker will take BBC Radio 2's popular SOUNDS OF THE 70S radio show on the road in 2020, visiting Wolverhampton Grand Theatre on Wednesday 8 April.
