Photo Coverage: WOMEN SHAPING THE FUTURE Brunch Partnered with LDV Hospitality's Scarpetta in NYC
On Wednesday, March 20th, Rolling Stone hosted an exclusive brunch, presented by the Amazon Prime Original HANNA, and in partnership with LDV Hospitality's Scarpetta Restaurant, at the Altman Building in New York City, NY to celebrate their "Women Shaping the Future" issue, the first in the magazine's history featuring solely women from cover-to-cover and was written, edited, and photographed by women. The historic March cover of world's most iconic music and culture magazine marks Women's History Month and the celebration is the first of what will become an annual event.
The sit-down brunch featured powerful and poignant conversations with Leana Wen (President, Planned Parenthood), Jahana Hayes (Rolling Stone's Women Shaping the Future Cover Star; Congresswoman, CT), and mom-to-be Tamron Hall (TV Host, Journalist, and Philanthropist), as well as special musical performances by Grammy-nominated Emily King and America's Got Talent winner Grace VanderWaal (wearing DIFF Charitable Eyewear). LDV Hospitality's Scarpetta Restaurant curated the culinary experience and specialty cocktails were provided by Jane Walker by Johnnie Walker.
