A new installation at The Bushnell will provide a digital stage for local artists, while adding another layer of pre-show entertainment for theatergoers. Starting with the return of Broadway at The Bushnell this week, patrons will also be treated to performances on video boards on the exterior of the building and the projection wall in The Marie Jeanne and David L. Coffin Grand Foyer.

The Hanover Theatre will present a number of exciting shows in its 2021-2022 season, and the company looking forward to welcoming audiences back to the theatre after this long intermission.

State Theatre New Jersey presents Jimmy Buffett's Escape To Margaritaville for five performances on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 8pm; Saturday, October 9 at 2pm and 8pm; and Sunday, October 10 at 2pm. Escape to Margaritaville is the State Theatre's first scheduled live performance in the newly renovated theater.

State Theatre New Jersey announces a Reopening Ribbon Cutting & Marquee Lighting event for Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 5:30pm-7pm. This free event will take place after a year of major renovations at the historic State Theatre, which celebrates its 100th Anniversary in December. The State Theatre's first scheduled live performance in the newly renovated theater is the musical Jimmy Buffett's Escape to Margaritaville on Friday, October 8th. The show will run through the weekend. 

The final, outdoor, Broadway style show for the 2021 season at Starlight Theatre is Jimmy Buffet’s 2018 juke box musical “Escape to Margaritaville.” If you are a certified Jimmy Buffet fan, otherwise known as a Parrott-head, then this fun evening is absolutely for you.

Experience Escape to Margaritaville, a comedic musical journey that encourages audiences to sit back, relax and remember “It's Five O'Clock Somewhere.” A love story, Broadway musical and island party all in one, Escape to Margaritaville comes to Starlight as part of the 2021 AdventHealth Broadway Series and is presented by Missouri Lottery.

JIMMY BUFFETT’S ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE drops anchor at The Bushnell (166 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT) from October 12 – 17, 2021, as part of a 12-week tour that will visit more than 20 cities this fall including Phoenix, Kansas City, New Orleans, Durham and Buffalo, to name a few.

Tickets for State Theatre New Jersey's 2021-22 Broadway Season, featuring Tony Award-winning hits and Broadway fan favorites, go on sale on Friday, September 10 at 11am.
