Concluding the 'Summer Stars' Classical Concert Series, OGCMA will present 'GRAND ORCHESTRA FINALE' on Thursday, August 1 (7:30 pm) in the Great Auditorium in Ocean Grove.

The Axelrod Contemporary Ballet Theater, Monmouth County's newest (and only) professional ballet company, will present the second performance of its 2019 season, the world premiere of "Alice in Wonderland," on August 18, August 21, and August 25 at 7:00 and August 25 at 2:00 PM.

The Morris Choral Society is pleased to announce that soprano Christina Major will perform as featured soloist in its upcoming Spring Concert "Greatest Hits from Opera and Broadway" in two performances Saturday May 18 at 8:00pm and Sunday May 19 at 3:00pm at the historic United Methodist Church on the Green in Morristown, New Jersey. MCS Music Director Jason Tramm will lead the distinguished Morris Choral Society and guest soloist Christina Major in a concert of unforgettable music written by the greatest composers of Opera and Broadway.  Due to a conflict, Christina Major will replace Susanne Burgess in the program.

Auditions for the Seton Hall University Choir and Orchestra are open to the public starting Monday, Jan. 14 to Friday, Jan. 25. Anyone who is interested in exhibiting his or her musical talents can audition for the ensembles.

The Morris Choral Society under the baton of Music Director Jason Tramm will present the work of three contemporary composers - all New Jersey residents - in their annual Holiday Concert entitled "Songs Earthly and Divine" December 8 and 9 St. Virgil's Church in Morris Plains.  The concert will feature the New Jersey premiere of R. Wayne Walters, Magnificat and contemporary works which will include David Eddleman's Dai Diddle Dai and Michael John Trotta's Veni, Veni Emmanuel.

Noted conductor Jason Tramm will lead the  Axelrod Performing Arts Center's upcoming benefit concert "Any Dream Will Do" headlining the Tony award winning actress Christine Ebersole with featured soloists Gary Mauer, one of Broadway's Phantoms, Jim Schubin, who starred in Newsies at the Axelrod, and soprano Claire Leyden. The concert, which takes place at the Axelrod Performing Arts Center on Saturday Evening, October 13 in Deal, New Jersey will support the Axelrod PAC's Education Programming.
