Kristen Stewart to Receive the Golden Eye Award at Zurich Film Festival

Kristen Stewart will be the recipient of the Zurich Film Festival's prestigious Golden Eye Award. Stewart will be in Zurich with director Benedict Andrews to celebrate her latest film SEBERG in which she plays the title character, Jean Seberg. The film receives its Swiss premiere on Wednesday October 2nd.

Indie Folk Duo Beth // James Premieres Single 'Blurry' Today - 'Falling' EP Out Feb. 1

Today, Austin-based, folk, indie-pop duo Beth // James premiere their new single “Blurry” with Popdose. The single is from their upcoming EP, “Falling,” out on Friday, Feb. 1, 2019. There will be an official EP release party on Friday, Feb. 1 at Cactus Cafe, located at 2247 Guadalupe St., Austin, Texas 78712. Doors are at 8 p.m. Austin-based singer songwriter Erin Ivey will open the show. Beth // James will hit the stage at 9 p.m. 

Funeral Services For James Jordan Will Be Held December 18

Funeral services for James Jordan, the retired, former Director of Music Programs for the New York State Council on the Arts, will be held on Tuesday, December 18th at 11 a.m. EST at Benta's Funeral Home in Harlem. Benta's is located at 630 St. Nicholas Avenue. Visitation begins at 10:30 a.m.

Antony Tudor Ballet Trust Announces New Amanda McKerrow As New Trustee

The Antony Tudor Ballet Trust is pleased to announce that Amanda McKerrow has been appointed to be its new Trustee, effective immediately. Ms. McKerrow will be responsible for preserving the work and legacy of Antony Tudor for future generations, ensuring that Tudor's works and teachings are never lost. Sally Bliss, who became the Trustee after Antony Tudor's death in 1987, will step down from this position after 30 years. She will remain as Trustee Emeritus.

WWFM's SOUNDS CHORAL to Celebrate 10th Anniversary
