The first two weeks of the run will feature livestreamed performances broadcast from the Know Theatre's Mainstage; the final two weeks will offer video-on-demand access to a recording of their favorite livestreamed performance.
High Museum Appoints New Curator Of African Art, Lauren Tate Baeza

The High Museum of Art today announced the appointment of Lauren Tate Baeza as its Fred and Rita Richman curator of African art. Baeza, who is the director of exhibitions at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta, brings a wide range of experience as a curator and Africanist working with museums and international aid organizations. She will join the High on November 9.
Shadow Horse Theatre Returns With MEDEA By Seneca At Elision Playhouse

Shadow Horse Theatre returns with its first mainstage performance in three years to bring this Classical Roman tragedy based on Greek myths to life. MEDEA is Seneca The Youngers most recognized work based off Euripides original in Ancient Greek, and one of the greatest classical tragedies of all time. Directed by Shadow Horse company member/co-owner and executive producer, Matt Kelly.
101 Studios Picks Up U.S. Rights To LA BELLE EPOQUE

101 Studios announced today they have acquired the US rights to director Nicolas Bedos' La Belle Epoque starring Daniel Auteuil, Guillaume Canet, Dora Tillier, Fanny Ardant, and Pierre Arditi. The film premiered in Cannes and Toronto to glowing reviews. Bedos was most recently the recipient of the Variety's “Directors To Watch” award for the film at the 2020 Palm Springs International Film Festival. La Belle Epoque is slated for a Spring 2020 US theatrical release.
101 Studios Acquired Film and Television Rights to PARADISE FOUND

101 Studios announced today the acquisition of film and television rights to Paradise Found, the non-fiction book written by Bill Plaschke about the inspiration that lay in the small town of Paradise, California. Paradise Found will be produced by Mark Ciardi of Select Films and executive produced by David Glasser, David Hutkin and Bob Yari. 101 has been working closely with Ciardi, Plaschke, the coach and the team to be sure that their journey is documented with respect and authenticity
ON THAT DAY IN AMSTERDAM Postpones Run

Primary Stages (Andrew Leynse, Artistic Director; Shane D. Hudson, Executive Director; Casey Childs, Founder) announced today that it will postpone its production of On That Day in Amsterdam, written by Clarence Coo (Beautiful Province (Belle Province -a?"Yale Drama Prize), which was planned to begin previews Friday, November 1 at the Cherry Lane Theatre. Ticketholders can contact their point of purchase for a refund. A new timeline for On That Day in Amsterdam will be determined and announced at a later date.
The O'Neill Seeks New Musicals For 2020 Summer Season

The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center announced today that it is now accepting submissions for the 2020 National Music Theater Conference. Writers may submit new musicals through the O'Neill's Open Submissions process through Friday, November 1, 2019.
