Gloucester Stage Company, under the leadership of Rebecca Bradshaw, Artistic Director, and Christopher Griffith, Managing Director, is thrilled to announce the regional premiere of Zora Howard's critically acclaimed play, STEW, a moving story of women, family, overcoming emotional obstacles and the healing power of cooperative cooking.

Westport Country Playhouse will present the comedy, “Quick Service,” as part of the 2023 New Works at the Playhouse Series, on Monday, June 5, at 7 p.m.

 American Theater Group (ATG) has announced the cast of its next production -- Right to Be Forgotten -- a searing new drama by Sharyn Rothstein.  The show will run June 8-10th at JCC MetroWest in West Orange, NJ and June 15-18th at the Sieminski Theater in Basking Ridge.

The world premiere of Jack Craddock is Having a Party, a new comedy by Harrison Harvey, has been set to play nine performances only at Moving Arts Theatre beginning Friday, May 12, at 8pm. Directed by Rachel McBath, the cast will feature (in alphabetical order) Eric Patrick Harper, Sally Hughes, Andy Schirrmeister, and Morgan Thompson. Check out photos here!

The Huntington held its annual Spotlight Gala on Monday, May 1, 2023 at the Cyclorama at the BCA (539 Tremont St). Over 400 attendees gathered to celebrate honorees as well as the achievement of this transformational season. The Gala supports The Huntington's artistic, education, and community initiatives and this year set an all-time record with $1.67 million raised.

Arizona Theatre Company, recognized as the official state theater, has announced that it will be producing Noël Coward's Private Lives April 15 through May 6 at the Temple of Music and Art in Tucson and May 11 through May 28 at the Herberger Theater Center in Phoenix. The first act will take place in 1931 Argentina, while the second act takes place in modern-day Uruguay.

McCarter Theater will welcome audiences to Pearl Cleage's love letter to friendship and the Harlem Renaissance, BLUES FOR AN ALABAMA SKY, on stage in the Berlind Theatre May 6th through the 28th. The play marks the McCarter directorial debut of Associate Artistic Director Nicole A. Watson.
