Winnipeg has announced that the national tour of COME FROM AWAY, a Broadway musical  about the true story of the small town that welcomed the world, will make its Winnipeg return at the Centennial Concert Hall for a limited engagement October 25 – 30, 2022.

Imagination Stage™, the metro DC region’s largest professional theatre for young audiences, announced its six shows for 2022-2023, which include two newly-commissioned world premieres, two musicals based on popular books, and two favorites especially for the very youngest theatre-goers. 

The Board of Directors and Advancement Committee of Theatre Washington, in partnership with Craig Pascal, retired community banking executive and husband of Victor Shargai, are thrilled to announce the recipients of the inaugural Victor Shargai Leadership Award: Edgar Dobie, collaborative leader and Executive Producer at Arena Stage, and Paige Hernandez, acclaimed multidisciplinary artist.

The Shubert Organization and the Kimmel Cultural Campus present the breathtaking musical phenomenon, Dear Evan Hansen, winner of six 2017 Tony Awards including Best New Musical. As part of the 21-22 Broadway series, the show plays the Forrest Theatre from Tuesday, August 16 – Sunday, August 28, 2022.

The Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical COME FROM AWAY will welcome original Broadway cast  member Jenn Colella back to “The Rock” as ‘Beverley/Annette & others,’ this summer - a performance that earned her a 2017 Tony  Award nomination and Outer Critics Circle, Drama Desk, Craig Noel, Helen Hayes and Dora Awards, for a strictly limited engagement.
