Gregg Daniel is set to direct his third August Wilson play, “Radio Golf” at a Noise Within Theatre. This play focuses on three real estate entrepreneurs bringing new economic developments to a small town. Be prepared to laugh at the hilarious satire playing October 13th - November 22nd. Be on the lookout for ticket sales starting July 6th.        

Actor and Stage Director, Gregg Daniel performs as 'Claudius' in the Antaeus Theatre production of Hamlet alongside his real life spouse Veralyn Jones, who plays the Queen 'Gertrude.' Directed by Shakespearean expert, Elizabeth Swain and featuring long-time company member Ramón de Ocampo, Hamlet is set to run May 20, 2022 and continue through June 20, 2022 at the Kiki & David Gindler Performing Arts Center in Glendale, California.

Soul Rep Theatre Company continues its 2021-2022 season with the world premiere of its newest short film, FLESH AND BONE – at The Texas Theater in Oak Cliff on Saturday, February 12 at 7 PM. Premiering at the Denver Center For Performing Arts, the play follows The Berrys, a multi-generational Black family living together in the 1970s.

Gregg Daniel is an award winning actor, director, and teacher. Most recently, he appeared in an intriguing one man show, THE DUAT, about an FBI informant grappling with his past in the Egyptian afterlife. We caught up to discuss his career, his character in THE DUAT, and how he finds balance.
