Three Rivers Music Theatre's production of Andrew Lippa's THE WILD PARTY opens on Friday at The Philmore on Broadway. This is TRMT's first production back at The Philmore after their acclaimed sold-out run of CABARET in 2018. Hurdles for non-professional productions are not substantial, but many professional productions require levels of permission. Jerry Herman, who passed away on December 26, 2019, was a man unlikely to give permission for professional productions of his shows unless he thought they would be good.
