The Television Academy and ABC have announced the stars slated to appear on the 76th Emmy® Awards, hosted by Eugene Levy and Dan Levy. 

BroadwayWorld is excited to debut an exclusive clip from Kindergarten: The Musical, the upcoming preschool series from Disney Jr. In the clip, which comes from the episode “Little Job of Horrors,” the kids spin a wheel to get a classroom job and break out in the song 'Line Leader & Perfect Job for Me.'

Disney has revealed the first trailer and release date for the upcoming Disney Jr. series Kindergarten: The Musical. The series features fantastical Broadway-style song and dance numbers that provide a peek into the kids’ imaginations. The main title theme song is performed by GRAMMY® Award-winning and Tony® Award-nominated actress and singer Eva Noblezada. The NYC Web Fest has announced that submissions are now open for its 11th annual edition. From November 8th to the 10th, 2024, creators, industry professionals, and enthusiasts from around the world will gather in the heart of New York City to celebrate the best in web series, short films, and pilot episodes.

This March, as a part of #TVFORALL, FOX will debut an original poem, “A Chorus of Women,” in celebration of Women’s History Month. “A Chorus of Women,” which was written by Olivia Le, narrated by Gina Torres and Olivia Le, and will be shared across local FOX stations and FOX digital all month long.

After three years without its main fundraising event, the 59-year-old Harlem School of the Arts (HSA) has announced the return of its annual Gala, to be held at the world famous Plaza Hotel on Monday, May 1st, 2023 (6:30pm - 9:00pm).

Among the members who signed the statement of support for the CROWN Act are Audra McDonald, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Kerry Washington, and dozens of other performers. In the letter, members assert, “Discrimination based on hair style or texture is a destructive practice that has alienated and caused irreparable harm to Black Americans.”

The new series tells the story of twin sisters, María del Carmen and Gloria Calderón, played by Rachel Zegler, who are separated at birth and raised in different ways. The series also stars Gina Torres, Danny Pino, Andy Bustillos, and Ivonne Coll. The podcast includes the plot twists of La Usurpadora, and the comedic tone of Jane the Virgin.
