Theatre Royal Brighton's new What's On Guide is out now! The season goes on general sale on Saturday 30 November.

A newer development in the MT landscape is musicals at sea - with major shows such as Chicago, Hairspray, SIX, We Will Rock You and Burn the Floor all now travelling the world on luxurious cruise liners. Hundreds of performers take to the seas every year, and achieve their dream of performing in a hit musical. We speak to performer Kayla Radam, who has appeared in the musicals Grease and Chicago onboard cruise ships for Royal Caribbean.

The musical is set to burst back onto stage in 2020 opening at the New Wimbledon Theatre 24 April 2020 a?" before an extensive UK tour. Manchester Opera House have today revealed that Gareth Gates will join the cast of Cinderella as Prince Charming, alongside Coronation Street bad boys Connor McIntyre and Les Dennis who were previously announced as the Ugly Sisters.

Doreen Tipton has been crowned Best Pantomime Newcomer at the Great British Pantomime Awards for her role as the Lazy Empress Of China in Wolverhampton Grand Theatre's 2016/17 pantomime, Aladdin. The Great British Pantomime Awards was launched this year to celebrate and recognise outstanding achievements across the country for the 2016/17 pantomime season. Held at London's Theatre Café on Shaftesbury Avenue in the West End,Doreen Tipton and Grand Theatre Chief Executive Adrian Jackson accepted the award from host Christopher Biggins, who himself appeared in a production of Aladdin at the Grand Theatre in 2010/11.

There was a swashbuckling adventure this afternoon at the press launch for LHK Productions' panto, Peter Pan, which comes to the Epstein Theatre this Christmas from Fri 8 December 2017 until Mon 1 January 2018 starring Another Level's Dane Bowers.
