SheATL Arts has announced its lineup for the 2022 SheATL Summer Theater Festival. After a rigorous, blind, months-long selection process out of over 300 submissions from around the globe, four full-length plays by gender-marginalized artists have been selected to take the SheATL stage this August.

This brilliant new triller is filled with grit and suspense & is guaranteed to have you leaving the theatre buzzing. The Wolf at the End of the Block will run at Balzer Theater at Herren's in the heart of Downtown Atlanta through April 24, 2022.

SheNYC Arts has announced the launch of their new Atlanta branch: SheATL Arts. Since 2016, SheNYC has produced Summer Theater Festivals annually in New York City and Los Angeles, with a commitment to an open submissions process that allows it to discover and cultivate the best up-and-coming talent in the industry. Atlanta marks the third city of SheNYC's expansion across the country.

The Weird Sisters Theatre Project has selected a brand-new team of female artists to continue producing theatre in Atlanta by women, for everyone. In the vein of the company's mission to foster and cultivate opportunities for women in the arts with a commitment to producing works by women for everyone, they are excited to bequeath their power and responsibilities to the next outstanding producing team. Applications were shared in late summer 2019 with the Atlanta arts community and two rounds of interviews were conducted this fall by a conglomerate of founding members and producers from the outgoing team.

This Halloween season, Found Stages' Frankenstein's Funeral will take audiences on a physical journey through Mary Shelley's 200-year-old novel. This immersive experience takes place Oct. 4_Nov. 3, 2019 at St. John's Lutheran Churcha?"a historic Atlanta home once known as Stonehenge Mansion, converted into a church in 1959.

The Theatre School at DePaul University is pleased to present ARABIAN NIGHTS as the inaugural production in the Sondra & Denis Healy Theatre at The Theatre School building, located at Racine and Fullerton on the Lincoln Park Campus. The Healy Theatre is a 100-seat flexible theatre, located on the fourth floor of The Theatre School. Its distinguishing feature is the completely transparent north wall overlooking Fullerton Avenue. Dominic Cooke's adaptation of Arabian Nights is directed by Kevin Kingston, as part of The Theatre School's New Directors Series. It premieres on Friday, November 1, and runs through Sunday, November 10, 2013. Performances are Wednesdays through Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2 PM. Previews are on October 30 and 31, at 7:30 PM.
