Casting has been announced for The Barn Stage Company's upcoming production of the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Little Women, the second production in their 2017/18 season from the partnership with Temecula Presents.

For the second musical of its 37th season, Moonlight Stage Productions plans to make a splash with Disney's The Little Mermaid from July 19 through August 5.

Anaheim's official resident theater company, Chance Theater is pleased to remount the heartwarming and wondrous Little Women - The Broadway Musical. Book by Allan Knee, music by Jason Howland, lyrics by Mindi Dickstein, directed by Casey Long, associate direction by Sarah Figoten Wilson, and music direction by Bill Strongin. Little Women - The Broadway Musical will preview from November 25 through December 2, regular performances will begin December 3 and continue through December 23 on the Cripe Stage at Chance Theater @ Bette Aitken theater arts Center.

The show follows fast-talking traveling salesman Harold Hill as he cons the people of River City, Iowa into buying instruments and uniforms for a boy's band that he will lead. The catch is he doesn't know the difference between a trombone and a treble clef! Before he can skip town, the town librarian steals Hill's heart and transforms him into a respectable citizen. He also presented two other staged readings as part of our On The Radar New Play Series - Who's Your Baghdaddy or How I Started the Iraq War and a brand new creation - Loch Ness. The show was so new, in fact, that it wasn't even finished yet... until now. The staged reading of the newly complete Loch Ness will perform for one night only - tonight, May 13 at 8pm at Chance Theater @ Bette Aitken Theater Arts Center.
