Blaine Alden Krauss Brings 'From The Soul' To Feinstein's/54 Below

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Blaine Alden Krauss in From the Soul on October 13th, 2019. In his anticipated New York City solo concert debut, Krauss offers his vocal interpretations on funk, disco and theatrical favorites. With a bold and inspiring set list, the high- spirited evening of music will feature the eclectic influences of artists/shows such as Prince, Stephen Sondheim, Diana Ross, Purlie! and The Wiz. Under the musical direction of Dylan Glatthorn and with an arsenal of Broadway Voices, including Kinky Boots star J. Harrison Ghee, don't miss the feel-good show of the fall.

Alice Ripley & More Join Judging Panel For SOUND BITES 6.0

Tickets Now On Sale For SOUND BITES 6.0

Theatre Now New York (TNNY) has announced that tickets are now on sale for SOUND BITES 6.0, the Sixth Annual Festival of 10-Minute Musicals. This one-night only event, now in its sixth year, showcases 10 new musicals by up-and-coming musical theatre writing teams. SOUND BITES 6.0 will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 7:00pm at Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music Center, 129 West 67th Street, New York, NY 10023. Tickets are $25, $35, and $45 and are available for purchase at www.tnny.org or by calling 855-254-SHOW [7469]. TNNY Members receive 20% off their ticket purchase (with no service fees). To become a member, visit www.tnny.org. Ticket prices increase by $5 on the day of the festival.

The SOUND BITES 6.0 Adjudication Committee selected the top 10 finalists for this year's festival from a record-breaking number of submissions. This one-night only event, now in its sixth year, will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 7:00pm at Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music Center, 129 West 67th Street, New York, NY 10023, and showcases 10 new musicals by up-and-coming musical theatre writing teams.

Mitchell Walker and AKA Studio Productions produced Alexa Green's launch party on Sunday, June 19 at 7pm at The Lively featuring Bailen the Band, as well as Broadway veterans Christine Dwyer (WICKED) Amber Iman (SOUL DOCTOR, SHUFFLE ALONG) and Marcus Paul James (RENT, IN THE HEIGHTS). Chris Weaver, Jill Vanderoef, and Blaine Krauss (LION KING, RADIO CITY SPRING SPECTACULAR) sang backup. Green was accompanied on stage by James Sampliner for a special performance as well.
