Taking residence at the renowned Beverly Hills Playhouse, is a brand new theatre company. The Crimson Square Theatre Company will support and fund five shows per year, showcasing some of the top talent in Los Angeles. Crimson Theatre Company will also support a writer's lab to develop original works.

McCarter will welcome a group of esteemed and emerging playwrights and theater artists to Princeton for the Sallie B. Goodman Artists' Retreat. The annual retreat in June is a centerpiece of McCarter's LAB, a platform and creative incubator devoted to ongoing theatrical development and artist cultivation. The 2019 Retreat will take place from June 12 - June 19.

The Eleventh Annual Running of the Red Bulls Gala Benefit took place on Monday June 3rd, at 6pm, celebrating the company's 16th Season and honoring director Daniel Sullivan, actor Condola Rashad, and the American Theatre Wing with the 2019 Matador Awards for Excellence in Classical Theater. Proceeds from the evening will support all of Red Bull Theater's programs including its Off-Broadway productions of The White Devil and Mac Beth, Revelation Readings series, and its Shakespeare in Schools initiative.

May 28, 2019 Tampa Repertory Theatre has announced the slate for its 9th full season, kicking off in September 2019.
