After 13 seasons as the artistic director of Dorset Theatre Festival in Dorset, Vermont, Dina Janis has resigned from her role this fall. The Festival's Board of Trustees has announced current Producing Director Will Rucker as the company's Interim Executive Producer.

Dorset Theatre Festival will close out its 44th main stage season with the world premiere of Queen of the Night by travis tate, outdoors at the Southern Vermont Arts Center in Manchester, VT. Directed by Raz Golden, the play stars Danny Johnson (All The Way, The Song of Jacob Zulu) and Leland Fowler, who appeared in the Festival's 2018 production of Skeleton Crew.

Dorset Theatre Festival will welcome their 2021 summer season with the release of their StageFree Audio Plays Series, beginning with Redeemed by Chisa Hutshinson, directed by Dorset's resident artist, Jade King Carroll.

Heidi Armbruster, will spend three weeks in Vermont developing a new one-woman show directed by Dina Janis that will be presented as a staged reading in a limited series of matinee performances at the Festival's new outdoor stage at Southern Vermont Arts Center.
