WICKED, Detroit's most popular musical, will return to the Detroit Opera House, August 8 - September 2, 2018.

Celebrity Attractions is pleased to announce that Tulsa's most popular musical, WICKED, will return to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center stage for three weeks of performances September 5-23. Tickets for the return engagement go on sale to the public Friday, June 8 at 10 a.m.

Jim Parsons visits Kelly and Ryan to discuss 'The Boys in the Band', how he injured his leg after one of the shows, the Big Bang Theory, & more!

Directed by Joe Mantello and produced by Ryan Murphy and David Stone, The Boys in the Band will play a strictly limited 15-week Broadway engagement at the Booth Theatre (222 West 45th Street). Previews began Monday, April 30, 2018 and officially opens on Thursday, May 31, 2018. Check out a first look at the cast in action below!

As BroadwayWorld reported over the weekend, The Boys in the Band canceled its performance on Saturday evening because of a cast member injury. We can confirm that the cast member in question is Jim Parsons, who was also out of the show Monday evening.

Kathie Lee, Hoda and John Cena welcome actors Zacahry Quinto, Matt Bomer and Andrew Rannells, who in addition to being friends are co-stars in the 50th anniversary edition of "The Boys in the Band," the groundbreaking play about a group of gay men who gather for a friend's birthday party. "To get to do it with these guys is just a dream," Bomer says.

WICKED, the “world class West End musical” (Official London Theatre) that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is delighted to confirm that Alice Fearn (Elphaba), Sophie Evans (Glinda), Melanie La Barrie (Madame Morrible), Andy Hockley (The Wizard), Jack Lansbury (Boq), Laura Pick (Standby for Elphaba) and Carina Gillespie & Maria Coyne* (Standby for Glinda) will all continue in their current roles. Joining them, from Monday 23 July 2018, will be the previously announced David Witts as Fiyero together with Chris Jarman (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child) as Doctor Dillamond and current cast member Rosa O'Reilly, who takes over the role of Nessarose.

In a new promotional video for Wicked, current Elphaba and Glinda Jackie Burns and Amanda Jane Cooper sang a clip of the show's song For Good. The video was shared to Wicked's official Facebook, and can be watched below!
