Performances begin tomorrow for Barrow Street Theatricals' highly anticipated American premiere of the Nassim Soleimanpour and Bush Theatre production of NASSIM by celebrated Iranian playwright Nassim Soleimanpour (White Rabbit Red Rabbit), featuring direction by Omar Elerian.

Now in its 18thyear, the Broadway Teachers Workshop has connected thousands of theatre teachers from around the world with Broadway's most prominent artists. Past guest speakers include Lin Manuel Miranda Stephen Sondheim, Stephen Schwartz, Bobby Lopez, Chita Rivera, Michael Mayer, Jerry Mitchell, Michael Grief, Jason Robert Brown, Alex Timbers, Kathleen Marshall, Roger Rees, Harvey Fierstein, Charles Strouse, Marsha Norman, Chris Gattelli, Jeanine Tesori, Stephen Flaherty, Walter Bobby, Matthew Warchus, Ken Billington, William Ivey Long, Susan Stroman, and many more.

The first guest actors have been announced for Barrow Street Theatricals' American premiere of the Nassim Soleimanpour and Bush Theatre production of NASSIM by celebrated Iranian playwright Nassim Soleimanpour (White Rabbit Red Rabbit), featuring direction by Omar Elerian.

At an SRO ceremony held at Zion Lutheran Church in Pittsfield, the Board of the Berkshire Theatre Critics Association presented the Berkshire Theatre Awards on the evening of Monday, November 12, 2018. This week the Berkshire Theatre Critics Association is voting on the final award list in preparation for the Third Annual Berkshire Theatre Awards. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony to be held on Monday, November 12 at 7 pm at the Zion Lutheran Church, 74 First Street (Route 7) in Pittsfield, MA.

Skylight Music Theatre today announced that due to overwhelming demand, nine additional performances have been added to Skylight's holiday show, Hairspray.
