The CW Announces Cast Additions for Season Two of ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO

In the aftermath of the tragic sacrifice of Max Evans (Nathan Dean) and return of Rosa Ortecho (Amber Midthunder) in the season one finale of Roswell, New Mexico, the mysterious town seemed like a place where anything could happen. It's only fitting then that the second season will see two surprising recurring guest stars: Gaius Charles from Friday Night Lights and Jason Behr, the actor who portrayed Max Evans in the original Roswell series. Cast and producers of The CW/Warner Bros. Television's sophomore series announced the cast additions during Roswell, New Mexico's New York Comic Con 2019 panel on Sunday, October 6.

Demi Moore Joins the Cast of BRAVE NEW WORLD On USA

Today USA Network announced that Golden Globe Award nominee Demi Moore (Ghost, G.I. Jane) will join the cast of BRAVE NEW WORLD. Moore joins previously announced cast including Alden Ehrenreich, Jessica Brown Findlay, Harry Lloyd, Kylie Bunbury, Hannah John-Kamen, Sen Mitsuji, Joseph Morgan, and Nina Sosanya. Moore will play Linda, John the Savage's (Ehrenreich) brash, hard-living mother.

BRAVE NEW WORLD Series Rounds Out Cast

Kylie Bunbury (When They See Us), Hannah John-Kamen (Ready Player One), Sen Mitsuji (Origin), Joseph Morgan (The Originals) and Nina Sosanya (Killing Eve) have joined Brave New World, the series based on the the foundational Aldous Huxley science-fiction novel. They join previously announced series regulars Alden Ehrenreich, Jessica Brown Findlay and Harry Lloyd in the series produced by UCP and Amblin Television.

Pablo Schreiber to Star in New Showtime Series HALO

SHOWTIME has announced that Emmy and Tony® nominee Pablo Schreiber (First Man, Orange Is the New Black) has been cast as the lead in the highly anticipated SHOWTIME series HALO, based on the iconic Xbox® franchise. Schreiber will play Master Chief, Earth's most advanced warrior in the 26th century and the only hope of salvation for a civilization pushed to the brink of destruction by the Covenant, an unstoppable alliance of alien worlds committed to the destruction of humanity. Newcomer Yerin Ha will play a new character within the HALO world: Quan Ah, a shrewd, audacious 16-year-old from the Outer Colonies who meets Master Chief at a fateful time for them both. The series is produced by SHOWTIME in partnership with 343 Industries, along with Steven Spielberg's Amblin Television and will begin production this fall in Budapest, Hungary.

Netflix Signs Overall Deal with THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE Team

Netflix has entered into a multi-year overall television deal with Mike Flanagan and Trevor Macy.  Following the success of The Haunting of Hill House, Flanagan and Macy will develop and produce new series exclusively for Netflix,  including an all-new chapter in The Haunting anthology, with the next installment chronicling a new story with all new characters.

Otto Bathurst to Direct and Executive Produce Showtime's HALO

Otto Bathurst (Black Mirror, Robin Hood) is set to direct the highly anticipated SHOWTIME series HALO, based on the hallowed Xbox® franchise with Kyle Killen (Awake) serving as executive producer, writer and showrunner. Bathurst will helm multiple episodes and executive produce the live-action series, which has an initial nine-episode order. Produced by SHOWTIME in partnership with 343 Industries, along with Steven Spielberg's Amblin Television, HALO will begin production later this year.
