The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, part of the 2022-2023 PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh series, presents DEAR EVAN HANSEN, May 2-7, 2023, on stage at the Benedum Center, 237 7th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. 

This marks Sparta’s first tour of 2023 and a follow up to their fall 2022 tour supporting The Get Up Kids. Featuring fan-favorites “Air,” and “Cut Your Ribbon,” Wiretap Scars was released in August 2002. At the time Sparta was Ward, Matt Miller, Paul Hinojos, and Tony Hajjar. The 4 formed Sparta following the break of their former band.

The all-star voice cast includes Ming-Na Wen, James Hong, BD Wong, Matthew Rhys, Izaac Wang, AJ LoCascio, Gabrielle Nevaeh Green. The series will also feature notable guest stars including Zach Galligan who starred as the hero “Billy Peltzer” in Amblin’s original “Gremlins” films. Watch a video teaser now!

 Dear Evan Hansen producer Stacey Mindich has announced complete casting for year four of the Tony Award-winning musical's critically-acclaimed, record-breaking North American Tour. 

The dates kick off May 4 in Mesa, AZ and conclude in Albuquerque, NM on May 19. The tour stops in Los Angeles on May 7 for a show at the Roxy. The band is taking ‘68 and Thursday’s Geoffrey Rickly on the road with them as support.

I envied the dancers at certain points, repeatedly thinking 'what a mega gig' - getting to work in a troupe of ten and experiencing new commissions as a company. Their commitment levels suggest they aren't taking the opportunity for granted, and that kind of awareness only gives good things. I'm looking forward to the next London tour.

Blockbuster Broadway musical DEAR EVAN HANSEN is coming to the Mary W. Sommervold Hall at the Washington Pavilion for eight performances April 18–23, 2023.
