The inaugural Dance West Fest, a new summer workshop that combines the forces of Repertory Dance Theatre, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, and Salt Dance Fest at the University of Utah, is well underway at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center after a successful first week at the University of Utah. As part of the festival, the joined companies are excited to announce the performance of TOPOGRAPHY on June 27, 2019 at 7:30 pm in the Black Box Theatre.

Today, New Orleans' indie-folk four piece band Motel Radio announced their debut album Siesta Del Sol due out July 12. Alongside the announcement, the band released lead single, “Midnight” via a lyric video withGhettoblaster Magazine. The track blends indie folk melodies and 60s era drum beats for an earnest yet tongue in cheek love song.

Daly appeared on the small screen on critically acclaimed series such as CBS? remake of ?The Fugitive?, ABC?s ?Private Practice?, NBC?s ?Wings?, and HBO?s ?The Sopranos?, for which Daly received an Emmy Award Nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series. Inheriting her father?s passion to share and teach, she has devised several ways of communicating her own excitement about classical music, including The Bernstein Beat, a family concert about her father modeled after his own groundbreaking Young People?s Concerts. Singer-songwriter Dante Mazzetti announces his new EP Hotel Vol. 1, slated for release in July 2019. With four new original songs, the upcoming EP combines acoustic, indie folk and soul, laced with lyrical storytelling. The album draws inspiration from iconic artists of Mazzetti's childhood, including Bob Dylan, The Band, Otis Redding, and Slim Harpo.

Multiple Fringe First Award-winner Chris Goode returns to the Fringe with a new solo performance that uses the life and death of River Phoenix, and his iconic portrayal of a street hustler with the sleep disorder narcolepsy, as a lens through which to look back on the turbulent experience of coming of age and coming out in the early/mid-90's - from the distance of a quarter-century and the vantage of a political culture that has been transformed almost beyond recognition.
