SCHOOL GIRLS; OR, THE AFRICAN MEAN GIRLS PLAY Extends at MCC Theater

MCC Theater has announced the extension by popular demand of the World Premiere of School Girls; Or, the African Mean Girls Play, written by 2017-18 Tow Playwright-in-Residence Jocelyn Bioh, and directed by Tony Award winner Rebecca Taichman. Previously scheduled for a limited run through December 10, School Girls; Or, the African Mean Girls Play will now play through Saturday, December 23 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre (121 Christopher Street).

Once On This Island begins preview performances this Thursday, November 9th with an official opening on Sunday, December 3rd at the Circle in the Square Theatre (235 W. 50th street, NYC). Beginning Thursday, November 9, a limited number of $39.50 same-day tickets will be made available prior to each performance of Once On This Island.

The original cast album is now available for preorder at Amazon. The album will be available wherever digital music is sold and streamed on Friday, April 28 and wherever CDs are sold on Friday, June 9.
