FRANKENSTEIN Musical At St. Luke's Theatre Extends and Moves To Tuesdays

Off-Broadway Producers John Lant and Tamra Pica, in association with Write Act Repertory, are pleased to announce another extension, into its 3rd year, of their world premiere FRANKENSTEIN, a new romantic musical based on Mary Shelley's novel, with book, music and lyrics by Eric B. Sirota and directed by Clint Hromsco. The production opened October 2, 2017, and now plays on a new day of the week, Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m., beginning July 2, 2019.

Westport Country Playhouse Announces 2019 Family Festivities Series

Westport Country Playhouse announces its 2019 Family Festivities Series on selected Sundays from January through April, featuring musical productions based on classic and contemporary children's stories.  The four-show series includes musical versions of the classic, "The Wizard of Oz," and the bestselling book, "Angelina Ballerina."  Performances are at 1 and 4 p.m., and are approximately one-hour in length. Tickets, at $20 each, are now on sale.

The one-hour musical, with book and lyrics by Elizabeth Kann and Victoria Kann and music, lyrics and orchestrations by John Gregor, is based on the best-selling children's book 'Pinkalicious' by Elizabeth Kann and Victoria Kann. The musical adaptation is directed by Teresa K. Pond based on the original direction of Suzu McConnell-Wood.
