Netflix has released the trailer for 'The Last Laugh.' When retired talent manager Al Hart is reunited with his first client, Buddy Green, a comic who quit show business 50 years ago, he convinces Buddy to escape their retirement community and hit the road for a cross-country comedy tour.

Amazon Studios today announced it has ordered the one-hour action fantasy The Wheel of Time to series. Based upon Robert Jordan's best-selling fantasy novels, which have sold more than 90 million copies worldwide, the series was adapted for TV by Rafe Judkins (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Chuck) who also serves as showrunner, and is co-produced by Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures Television. The Wheel of Time will premiere globally on Amazon Prime Video in over 200 countries and territories.

'Pilot' - Damon Wayans Jr., Amber Stevens West and Felix Mallard star in a new comedy about a 30-something, happily married couple who begin to reconnect with their younger, cooler selves when a young pop star drawn to their super-ordinary suburban life unexpectedly moves in with them, on the series premiere of HAPPY TOGETHER, Monday, Oct. 1 (8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Stephnie Weir, Victor Williams and Chris Parnell also star.

In the August 11th episode of Elena of Avalor, Elena helps Charoca learn an important lesson in honesty after he meets a female rock creature named Charica and tries to win her over. *Danielle Brooks ('Orange is the New Black') guest stars as Charica and Tituss Burgess ('Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt') returns as Charoca.

The prime time television movie event 'Elena of Avalor: Song of the Sirenas,' based on the Emmy® and Imagen Award-winning series featuring Disney's first princess inspired by diverse Latin cultures and folklore, will debut on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 (7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Junior and the DisneyNOW app. The all-star guest voice cast for the special includes Gina Rodriguez, Edward James Olmos, Rita Moreno, Prince Royce and Rosario Dawson as sirenas, mysterious underwater creatures. Javier Muñoz (Broadway's 'Hamilton') also guest stars as Elena's cousin, Duke Cristobal.

CBS today unveiled its 2018-2019 primetime lineup featuring three new comedies, five new dramas and the return of the critically acclaimed MURPHY BROWN. The new series will join 24 returning hits to build on the success of America's Most Watched Network.

According to Variety, CBS has officially ordered two new pilots to series. The first is from Cedric The Entertainer, called WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. The second is an untitled project from Damon Wayans Jr.

The second Annual AutFest International Film Festival, presented by The Autism Society, will take place Saturday, April 28 - Sunday, April 29 at the Writers Guild Theater in Beverly Hills, California. It will screen six feature-length films, seven shorts and two television shows that promote autism awareness and/or are made by filmmakers with autism.

AutFest International Film Festival announced its official program selections for its second annual film festival celebrating autism awareness “From Spectrum to Screen.” Presented by The Autism Society, AutFest will screen over 16 feature films, short films and television programs that promote autism awareness and/or are made by autistic filmmakers. As previously announced, AutFest will also honor Netflix's hit show “Atypical” and ABC's “The Good Doctor” with Spotlight Awards for their special portrayal of lead characters who are on the autistic spectrum. The Visionary Award will be presented to SONY Pictures Entertainment's JEFF FROST, President of Sony Pictures Television Studios, and Co-Presidents of Sony Pictures Television CHRIS PARNELL and JASON CLODFELTER. AutFest International Film Festival celebrates autism awareness with a screening of Power Rangers (2017), followed by a panel discussion, as part of their 2018 lineup. Power Rangers is the first super hero movie to include an autistic lead character, the Blue Power Ranger, as a positive, capable champion of good. Now in its second year, AutFest Film Festival celebrates World Autism Awareness month and is dedicated to promoting films and television programs that spotlight autism awareness and that have the power to enhance the lives of the autistic community.

Sony Pictures Television Studios will be receiving the Visionary Award at the 2 nd Annual AUTFEST International Film Festivalpresented by The Autism Society at a VIP Reception on Sunday, April 29at 7:30pm at the Writers Guild of America Theater in Los Angeles.
