John Mayer has set a new leg for fall 2023 with multi-platinum GRAMMY® nominated singer-songwriter JP Saxe as the opener, launching with an encore performance at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Tuesday, October 3rd, and will run through November, when the fall tour wraps with an added show at the iconic Kia Forum in Los Angeles.

Known for an effortless blend of mind-blowing guitar playing, soulful voice and impeccable songwriting abilities, Mayer has lit up the charts with numerous massive hits such as “New Light,” “Gravity,” “Love on the Weekend,” “Heartbreak Warfare,” “Daughters,” “Waiting on the World to Change,” “Last Train Home,” and “Your Body Is a Wonderland.”

Mercury Theatre, led by Executive Director Steve Mannix, Executive Producer Tracey Childs and Creative Director Ryan McBryde, has announced four new associate companies who will partner with the venue for a period of three years.

The young ensemble cast at DreamWrights brought the book to life and made the packed audience of families laugh this weekend with their cast of colorful characters and animals. My own teenager loved this book as a child and giggled through out the performance! Stinky Cheese Man has lots of physical comedy that kids will laugh out loud at even if they don’t quite get the verbal humor of the parody yet. Sprinkled throughout the show is a few unique songs and even a puppet. Even the intermission was entertaining. Kids were getting their wiggles out dancing to music as the clocked counted down the minutes left before Act II.

The King Of Broken Things will play THE DRAMA FACTORY from 13 April through 16 April. The production is performed by Cara Roberts and written, directed and designed by Michael Taylor Broderick.

Buena Vista Records’ emerging duo CB30 are sharing a brand-new track, “Someone Else’s Summer.' Piano, guitars, and the pair’s vocal harmonies combine on the song to paint a nostalgic picture of a summer love that ended too soon. “Someone Else’s Summer” is written by Ben Williams, Colin Healy and Patrick Murphy, and produced by Paul DiGiovanni.

Working with producer Drew Vandenberg (Faye Webster, Of Montreal) in Athens, he fleshed the tracks out with analog synthesizers and reverb-drenched guitars, taking cues from Jonathan Richman, The Pretenders, Dire Straits, and Tunnel of Love-era Springsteen to cast a warm, cinematic haze over the whole thing.
