Abingdon Theatre Company announces the initial lineup for its 25th Anniversary Season. With a list of celebrated and promising new artists, Abingdon Theatre Company's 2017 - 2018 season features premiere productions on the main stage, a one-night-only gala event honoring and featuring legendary artists, and ongoing initiatives fostering the work of emerging theater-makers.

I love to go to press junkets to bring fun moments to everyone that listens to this podcast. It really is my attempt to bring you along with me. On this trip out, I went to the press call for upcoming 25th Anniversary Gala for the Abingdon Theatre Company. They are doing a special presentation of Kander and Ebb's AND THE WORLD GOES 'ROUND, as well as honoring 2x Emmy and Tony Award Winning actress, Bebe Neuwirth.

Abingdon Theatre Company, under the artistic direction of Tony Speciale, continues its Studio Series with four Monday night classes on Audition prep for Actors Singers and Dancers.

Wilson's play, originally produced at The Spike, was written three years before the Ramrod leather bar massacre in November 1980, in which a man armed with a machine gun shot eight people, killing two. It is a dark, comic look at the bar's patrons and their attempts to defend it from both physical attacks as well as political attempts to close it.

Abingdon Theatre Company recently celebrated the opening night of STET, a new play which has extended its Off-Broadway performances through July 10. Written by Kim Davies and developed by Kim Davies, Jocelyn Kuritsky and Tony Speciale, STET is produced in association with The Muse Project.  Artistic Director Tony Speciale directs the world-premiere drama inspired by the Rolling Stone article 'A Rape on Campus.'

Hell in a Handbag Productions is proud to remount David Cerda's parody of the classic children's television special 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer', now in it's 12th year! RUDOLPH THE RED-HOSED REINDEER is currently in performances at Mary's Attic and will continue to run until Saturday, January 2nd. All performances begin at 7:30. There will be no shows on Dec. 24th, 25th, and 31st, but additional shows have been added on Dec. 23rd, 27th, and 30th.

Emerging Artists Theatre presents 'The Play About the Naked Guy'- an hilarious theatrical farce by David Bell, as part of their Triple Threat Series.
