HBO has renewed the unscripted series WE'RE HERE for a second season, it was announced today by Nina Rosenstein, Executive Vice President, HBO Programming.

Debuting THURSDAY, APRIL 23 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO, the new six-episode unscripted series WE'RE HERE recruits local residents across small-town America to participate in a one-night-only drag show. In each episode, renowned drag queens Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O'Hara and Shangela Laquifa Wadley visit a different small town to inspire and teach their own “drag daughters” to step outside their comfort zone for a night of no-holds-barred, full-on drag.

The Ground Floor: Berkeley Rep's Center for the Creation and Development of New Work announced the 20 projects selected for its 2019 Summer Residency Lab. Chosen from over 620 submissions, these projects represent an expansive array of voices and theatrical forms and bring an innovative spirit to the eighth summer of the Lab.

Voss Events has announced that Bob the Drag Queen will host the much-anticipated show at the Aronoff Center's Procter & Gamble Hall on Thursday, October 18 at 9:00 PM.  The previously-announced host, Michelle Visage, is no longer with the tour due to a schedule conflict. The event is part of Cincinnati Arts Association's 2018-19 Presenting Season.

Theatre Bay Area, the third-largest regional theatre service organization in North America, announced the finalists for the 2018 TBA Awards. The fifth annual TBA Awards Celebration will be held on Monday, Nov. 5 at the Herbst Theatre (401 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco). Tickets for the public go on sale Friday, September 28, 2018, through City Box Office.
