That is what makes Fiercely Independent so wonderful, even though also so sad: it pulls the mirror up in front of us, whether we have experienced such a thing or not, and asks us to reflect on what people are supposed to do. Would we rather watch ourselves fall out of love with the person we thought was forever ours, or wind up alone?

Previews for the world-premiere of Kathleen K. Johnson's play FIERCELY INDEPENDENT, will now begin Saturday, March 2 at 7 p.m. prior to the production's opening on Wednesday, March 6 at 7 p.m., with its new stars, CAITLIN GALLOGLY (On a Clear Day You Can See Forever) and CHRISTOPHER M. There was no shortage of HOT STUFF when the cast of Summer, The Donna Summer Musical visited Broadway Sessions recently. The multi faceted cast, including Storm Lever, Afra Hines, Wonu Ogunfowora, Anissa Felix, Jody Reynard, Ken Robinson, Kristin Yancy, Judith Franklin, Aaron Krohn shared their favorite tunes that went way beyond disco. Audience members had the opportunity to learn choreography from the hit show and to interact with the cast. One audience member even dazzled the cast with a custom gown made entirely of Summer 'fans'!
