The John W. Engeman Theater presents the holiday musical ELF. Performances begin on Thursday, November 15 and run through Sunday, December 30, 2018.
Based on the beloved film, ELF THE MUSICAL tells the hilarious tale of Buddy, a young orphan child who mistakenly crawls into Santa's bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. Unaware that he is actually human, Buddy's enormous size and poor toy-making abilities cause him to face the truth. With Santa's permission, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father, discover his true identity, and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas. This modern day Christmas classic is sure to make everyone embrace their inner Elf.
ELF THE MUSICAL is produced by RICHARD DOLCE the Engeman Theater's Producing Artistic Director.
ELF is Directed by MATT KUNKEL (Regional: A Celebration of Muny 100 and An Evening with the Stars - St. Louis Muny; associate credits include Candide - Carnegie Hall, Elf the Musical - Madison Square Garden, and Thoroughly Modern Millie - Actors Fund Reunion Concert).
