Today Hulu released a sizzle for The Handmaid's Tale with new footage from the upcoming fourth season. The fourth season of The Handmaid's Tale will premiere in 2021.

Information about the upcoming season of The Handmaid's Tale including the premiere date, episode count and more has been revealed! 

Hulu's 11-time Emmy®-winning drama series The Handmaid's Tale has been picked up for a fourth season. The Handmaid's Tale is executive produced by Bruce Miller, Warren Littlefield, Elisabeth Moss, Daniel Wilson, Fran Sears, Ilene Chaiken, Eric Tuchman, John Weber, Sheila Hockin and Frank Siracusa. The series is produced by MGM Television. 

Award-winning Canadian composer Patric Caird has worked in film and television since the early 1990s, creating more than 400 scores for a variety of programming including animation, documentaries, comedy and drama that has been broadcasted world-wide. Caird currently scores Netflix's horror drama series The Order, which was recently renewed for Season 2, as well as Fab Filippo's CBC comedy series Save Me which won a Canadian Screen Award and has six additional nominations.

IFC Center today announced an impressive and wide-ranging lineup for the third annual Split Screens Festival (www.splitscreensfestival.com) taking place Wednesday, May 29 through Monday, June 3, 2019, at the IFC Center in New York City. The festival consists of special events offering a variety of looks at history, identity and the mystery of existence itself, including panels on series that explore dystopian realities and alternate timelines, and screenings that transport us into any number of time periods and places, be it a late-1800s South Dakota town or the height of 1980s ballroom culture in New York City.

Season Three of THE HANDMAID'S TALE is driven by June's resistance to the dystopian regime of Gilead and her struggle to STRIKE BACK against overwhelming odds. Startling reunions, betrayals, and a journey to the terrifying heart of Gilead force all characters to take a stand, guided by one defiant prayer: 'Blessed be the fight.'The series stars Elisabeth Moss, Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Alexis Bledel, Madeline Brewer, Amanda Brugel, Ann Dowd, O-T Fagbenle, Max Minghella, Samira Wiley and Bradley Whitford.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) has today announced the nominations for the 2019 Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards and British Academy Television Craft Awards. These awards reward the very best in television craft and television programmes broadcast in the UK in 2018. The Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards ceremony will be held at the Royal Festival Hall on Sunday 12 May with the British Academy Television Craft Awards taking place two weeks earlier on Sunday 28 April at The Brewery, London.

Virginia Repertory Theatre announces the company of the third production of the 2018/19 Children's Season, Pinocchio, opening Friday, March 29, 2019, at the Children's Theatre at Willow Lawn. This play tells the classic tale of Geppetto's little wooden puppet whose only wish is to be a real boy.

Christopher Meloni (Happy!, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit) and Elizabeth Reaser (The Haunting of Hill House) have been cast as Commander Winslow and Mrs. Winslow in The Handmaid's Tale, which airs on Hulu and is currently in production on its third season.

The Producers Guild of America has announced the nominees for its 31st Annual Producers Guild Awards, to be presented at the Fairmont Century Plaza hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday, January 18, 2020.

The 2019 Writer's Guild Awards nominations have been unveiled. The 2019 Writers Guild Awards will be handed out Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Beverly Hilton. See the full list of nominees below!

The “emotional yet soaringly beautiful” (Daniel Feinberg, The Hollywood Reporter) second season of “The Handmaid's Tale” comes to Blu-ray and DVD December 4th from MGM Television and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. The 4-disc set includes all 13 heart-stopping episodes,  as well as two brand new featurettes that take the viewers beyond the pages of Margaret Atwood's award-winning, best-selling novel.

Tonight is the the 70th Emmy Awards! Hosted by Colin Jost and Michael Che, the telecast will air live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 8:00 PM ET on NBC.
