Funny Girl gets new funny ladies tonight! Lea Michele will star as 'Fanny Brice' and Tovah Feldshuh will star as 'Mrs. Brice,' alongside Tony & Olivier Award nominee Ramin Karimloo as 'Nick Arnstein'. The production will invite critics back to the show, but not for a few weeks, after the pair has had a “brief time to perform together.” 

Lea Michele is set to take over as Fanny Brice in Funny Girl on Broadway, beginning performances on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, and when she joins the company, she will be getting a new song to sing! A new interlude of the song 'I’d Rather Be Blue Over You' that Barbra Streisand sings in the movie, will be added to the show. 

From being homeschooled in the savannas of Kenya to attending North Shore High School, Cady Heron (English Bernhardt) has some huge adjustments to make. With the help of her new besties, Damian Hubbard (Ian Young) and Janice Sarkisian (Lyndsay Heather Pearce) she will embark on a new adventure. High School!

Some Like It Hot, which begins performances on Broadway this Fall, has announced a partnership with ticketing and livestreaming platform Stellar to launch their 'Streaming Speakeasy' Fan Club, a free social club that gives theater fans exclusive access to streaming events and content from the upcoming Broadway musical.
