27th months after the shutdown of the original production, the award-winning musical 'Love Quirks' will return off-Broadway on Thursday, June 16th.

Tonight, original NEWSical The Musical cast members Christine Pedi and Christina Bianco, will make special guest appearances during the streaming Actors Fund benefit of this history making “pandemic performance”.  

The 5th longest-running musical in Off-Broadway history, NEWSical The Musical, made history on Saturday, Sept 26th as the first professional New York City show to return to a major stage with a one night only, socially distanced, two performance engagement at the Lied Center for Performing Arts in Lincoln, NE.

The 5th longest running musical in Off-Broadway history, NEWSical The Musical, the 2011 winner of the Off-Broadway Alliance Award for Best Musical,  will be performing a one night only, socially distanced, engagement at The Lied Center in Lincoln, Ne on Saturday, Sept 26th. 

On Thursday, September 10th, 2020 at 7PM, Seth Bisen-Hersh, composer/lyricist of off-Broadway's Love Quirks will present a virtual concert featuring most of the original off-Broadway cast, some of its production team and a few performers from previous incarnations to raise money for the upcoming off-Broadway Original Cast Recording.

While Broadway and Off-Broadway is on hiatus, the cast and crew of the off-Broadway musical A Musical About Star Wars got together to sing a virtual version of the show's anthem, a?oeBe The Change That You Wish To See In The Galaxy' from their homes!

Love Quirks, A New Musical Fable will be making its Off-Broadway premiere in an open-ended run at St. Luke's Theatre (307 West 46thSt.) later this month. Based on actual events, Love Quirks spotlights a group of thirty-somethings (gay and straight), as they explore the bizarre tribulations of love, friendship, and all the blurry lines in-between. The production features an original score of quirky, neurotic, and poignant songs by composer/lyricist Seth Bisen-Hersh and a script by Mark Childers filled with laughter, pathos, and an abundance of sexual tension. Previews begin Friday, February 28th and the official opening night is slated for Monday, March 16th. Performances are on Mondays and Fridays at 8:15pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00pm.
