The Tony Awards Administration Committee has announced that they will present the 2019 Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre to four outstanding contributors to the Broadway industry Broadway Inspirational Voices founded by Michael McElroy; Peter Entin, retired Vice President of Theatre Operations for the Shubert Organization; Joseph Blakely Forbes, Founder and President, Scenic Art Studios, Inc. and FDNY Engine 54, Ladder 4, Battalion 9.
TheatreWorks Silicon Valley Wins the 2019 Regional Theatre Tony Award

The Tony Awards® Administration Committee has announced that based on the recommendation by the American Theatre Critics Association, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley will be the recipient of the 2019 Regional Theatre Tony Award. The honor is accompanied by a grant of $25,000, made possible by City National Bank's generous support of the Creative Arts Awards.

Vineyard Theatre announces an initial line-up of stars set for the company's 2019 Gala fundraiser celebrating Tony, Olivier, Drama Desk, and Drama League Award nominated artist and Vineyard Board Member, Colman Domingo. Tony Award Winner and Emmy and Grammy Award Nominee, BRANDON VICTOR DIXON has been confirmed to replace Tony Award Winner GAVIN CREEL in 'The Broadway Musical Concert,' which also stars Tony Award Nominee NORM LEWIS, Tony Award Winner JESSIE MUELLER, and 'Glee' star ALEX NEWELL. The replacement takes place en lieu of a an unforeseeable scheduling conflict for CREEL.

For one memorable evening in front of their family and friends, the children perform their talents, forgetting their problems and celebrating their unique voices. The Talent Show and multiple rehearsals leading up to the big night attract many notable guests as mentors.

Adventure Theatre MTC (ATMTC), recipient of 62 Helen Hayes Nominations, announces that Broadway's Amber Iman will perform at its 2019 Mad Hatter's Honest Tea Party Gala, honoring Seth Goldman, Co-Founder and TeaEO Emeritus of Honest Tea and Executive Chairman of Beyond Meats, on March 14, 2019. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on the ultimate backstage experience to see Broadway's Hamilton, the musical (of which Amber Iman was part of the national cast) and take a backstage tour. Adventure Theatre MTC's 2019 Pre-Professional Company will sing with Amber Iman at the culmination of the evening performing Stephen Schwartz's (Wicked, Godspell) Colors of the Wind.
