FRIENDS! THE MUSICAL PARODY, the hilarious unauthorized sendup of the iconic tv series, is slated for an open-ended run, Off-Broadway in the Jerry Orbach Theater at The Theater Center.

The Office! A Musical Parody is among the first Off-Broadway shows to resume performances after live theatre shuttered due to the pandemic over a year ago. The show officially resumed performances (at 33% reduced capacity) on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 7:30PM in the Jerry Orbach Theater at The Theater Center (210 West 50th Street).

The unauthorized send up of the hit TV series will feature Emma Brock as Michael Scott, Laura Mehl as Pam, Danny Adam as Jim, Devina Sebnis as Kelly, Nathan David Smith as Dwight, Emily Qualmann as Phyllis, Gabrielle Filloux as Angela, Bob McSmith as Creed, Kevin Bruce Harris as Stanley, and Marissa Hecker and Andy Martinez in various other roles.

You've got a friend! Seven actually, as Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Monica, Joey, Phoebe and Gunther will be there for you through the summer! FRIENDS! The Musical, produced by Lynn Shore Entertainment, Theater Mogul and McSmith Family Entertainment announced today that the box office has taken in over one million dollars in tickets sales and that a new block of tickets is now on sale.

This week the Broadwaysted Crew is making a list and checking it twice...though we probably should have actually checked the list twice! Bryan, Kevin, and Kimberly are pouring out a few rounds of alcoholic mango iced tea and ranking the Top 15 Movie Musicals that haven't had a notable stage production but really should (and even one that has had a stage production...whoops!) Beaches 2 is a sketch comedy group, and they have a monthly comedy show! This month, they will present a one-act play. Featuring the famed lesbian security guard turned poet, Molly Dykeman! The comedy show, presented by Horse Trade Theater Group and Beaches 2, will play at Under St Marks Theater (94 St. Marks Place between 1st and A) Thursday, March 10th @ 10:30pm. Tickets ($5) are available at the door. They serve beer!
