To celebrate the 10th year since its inception and birth – a grand heralding is to be had (lain) in her honor. Julian Casablancas+The Voidz will return to New York to re-christen the mysterious Murmrr Theatre, who’s dark and grandiose halls have spent years in silence, a silence to be BROKEN starting on All Hallow’s Eve 2023 for THREE nights.

The New York City-based artist has been in the studio with Rublin and the song is the first she is sharing from that collaboration. With deep hip-hop influenced drums beats and silky synths, and looking to The Weeknd, SZA, and Beyoncé for inspiration, “DOWNTOWN” is also the debut of a new direction for TANSU.

From the most public corners of Northeast Los Angeles comes new indie-folk band Border Collie, consisting of Elon Thomas (guitar, vocals), Kiefer Derrick (guitars, vocals, drums) and Julian Bonilla Rivera (bass).
