The rapturous Brooklyn art-rockers Godcaster released a new one-off single title 'Lady Said a Body.' The forthcoming excursion includes headlining dates on the west coast and shows supporting Deeper, Model/Actriz, and Panchiko, as well as festival appearances at Pitchfork London, Mutations Brighton and London Calling.

Beginning September 19, 2023, Fort Gansevoort will present Looking Out, Looking In, the first New York solo exhibition by contemporary Inuk artist Shuvinai Ashoona. Hailing from the Canadian Arctic, Ashoona lives and works in Kinngait (formerly Cape Dorset), an Inuit hamlet at the southern tip of Baffin Island in the territory of Nunavut.

Eli Bauman, Monica Saunders-Weinberg, MB Artists, and Michael Donovan will present the return of 44 - THE unOFFICIAL, unSANCTIONED OBAMA MUSICAL (As Told Through the Hazy Recollection of Joe Biden), for a limited engagement at The Bourbon Room Hollywood.

BroadwayWorld is saddened to report that Tony award-winning Broadway set and costume designer Franne Lee, best known for her work on Hal Prince's Sweeney Todd and Candide, has passed away. She was 81.

Just in time for the holiday, Ensemble Theatre Company (ETC) presents the first show of its 2023-2024 season, the recent Broadway hit THE THANKSGIVING PLAY, written by Larissa FastHorse and directed by Brian McDonald. 

Diversionary Theatre announces the cast and creative team for its production of Dragon Mama by Sara Porkalob, directed by Andrew Russell.  Dragon Mama will run September 14 through October 8 on Diversionary Theatre’s mainstage at their home in University Heights.
