Last night's broadcast of the benefit special FOX PRESENTS THE IHEART LIVING ROOM CONCERT FOR AMERICA brought viewers together to thank our first responders and medical workers on the front lines and to celebrate America's everyday heroes. The event raised money to support two charities that are doing critical work during these challenging times – Feeding America and First Responders Children's Foundation. The one-hour special was created to help fight the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to celebrate the resilience and strength of the nation during this pandemic.

Today, the Producers Guild of America announced presenters and a first-time red carpet livestream. In collaboration with YouTube Originals, the livestream event will be available exclusively on Entertainment Tonight's YouTube channel for the 2020 Producers Guild Awards being held Saturday, January 18 at the Hollywood Palladium. HBO Max to Premiere Melissa McCarthy Comedy Film SUPERINTELLIGENCE

Adding to its slate of premium content from leading industry powerhouses, HBO Max has picked up Superintelligence, an original film starring beloved Oscar-nominated actress Melissa McCarthy (Spy, The Heat, Bridesmaids). Directed by Ben Falcone (Life of the Party, Tammy) and written by Steve Mallory (The Boss), the comedy is slated to premiere on HBO Max when the service launches in Spring 2020.

Emmy®Award-winning actress Melissa McCarthy will receive this year's Distinguished Artisan Award at the 6th Annual Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild Awards (MUAHS, IATSE Local 706) celebrating her prolific acting career and the plethora of characters she embraces. McCarthy is the first female artist to receive this award. The black-tie awards gala, honoring both make-up artists and hair stylists outstanding achievements in motion pictures, television, commercials and live theater, returns to the NOVO in L.A. E! announced today that acclaimed actor, writer, producer and director Melissa McCarthy will be the inaugural recipient of “The People's Icon of 2018” award at “The E! People's Choice Awards.” McCarthy will be honored for her work across film and television including “The Heat,” “The Boss,” “Spy,” Ghostbusters,” “Tammy,” “St. Vincent” and “Bridesmaids,” which she was nominated for a SAG and an Academy Award. On the television side, she has amassed a total of eight Emmy nominations, three of which came from her role as Molly Flynn in the critically acclaimed series “Mike and Molly” garnering one win in 2011 for “Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series,” and her portrayal of Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer on “Saturday Night Live” earning her second Emmy win for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series in 2017. Additionally, McCarthy is nominated for Comedy Movie Star of 2018 at this year's ceremony. “The E! Iris Almario Joins the Cast of TV Land's NOBODIES Season Two

The award winning actress Iris Almario lights up the TV screen with her comedic role of 'Lizzie Martinez' in Melissa McCarthy's 'Nobodies' on TV Land in Season 2. Her episode #211 'Getting a Sign' in Season 2 will air on May 31st on TV Land channel.
'Nobodies' is a creation of Emmy Award winner Hugh Davidson, Larry Dorf & Rachel Ramras, and a Jax Media Production for TV Land. The popular series is about three friends: Larry, Rachel and Hugh - who are actors /comedians trying to get their script made by pulling favors from their famous friends like Melissa McCarthy, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Ben Falcone, in hopes of scoring their big break in Hollywood. Iris as 'Lizzie Martinez' definitely mixes things up a bit. One will have to tune in to see how she does that. Lizzie is Hugh's former flame.
